· The candidate should be able to secure engagements for the firm by promptly responding with required advice, regularly following-up on such leads until engagement is formalised, as well as fostering relationships with existing, prospective and new intermediaries to secured introductions to the firm for the Serbian, Macedonian and German market
· The chosen candidate will be reporting to the Directors/Managers, the individual will be responsible for a portfolio of open leads, new leads as well as existing intermediaries.

· Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current portfolio of clients, leads and intermediaries in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the firm for the Serbian, Macedonian and German market
· Advising clients on residency and citizenship options, as well as to give legal advice to members of the sales team.
· Liaising with internal Department with feedback as to campaign performance to ensure the desired lead generation.

The selected candidate will report and work closely with the senior management, and will be responsible for generating quality relationships and specific work opportunities in order to bring new clients to the firm and conclude engagements. The chosen candidate will focus on identifying business opportunities aimed at broadening the company’s client portfolio.
The responsibilities will range from establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current client portfolio and prospective leads in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organisation's services. Contribute to shaping the business plans for the assigned market segments; provide strategic advice to the teams accordingly.
